稲田誠士は、外交、経営戦略、パブリック・アフェアーズが交わる領域で25年以上の経験を積んできた。外務省および首相官邸で外交・安全保障政策に携わった後、戦略アドバイザリーおよびコンサルティングの分野で活動。世界経済フォーラムでの勤務を経て、ユーラシア・グループ日本代表として、企業経営層に対して地政学リスクや国際情勢に関する助言を行ってきた。大阪・関西万博ではAgenda 2025アドバイザーを務め、Learn Afghanのボードメンバーとしても活動している。
Seiji Inada has spent more than 25 years working at the intersection of diplomacy, business strategy, and public affairs. He began his career at Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Prime Minister's Office, focusing on foreign and national security policy, before moving into strategic advisory and consulting. He later held senior roles at the World Economic Forum and served as Japan Representative for Eurasia Group, advising business leaders on geopolitical risk and global affairs. He also served as an Agenda 2025 Advisor for Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai and supports Learn Afghan as a Board Member.
2026年8月、JXP最高執行責任者（COO）に就任。東京とワシントンD.C.を拠点に、約20年にわたり電力・エネルギー・航空・防衛などの重要インフラ分野に携わる。米国外交官として日本に駐在した後、ボーイング ジャパンのチーフ・オブ・スタッフを務める。並行して、2009年の電気事業連合会を皮切りに、直近ではボーイングにおいても産業の脱炭素化に取り組む。テキサス大学オースティン校にて国際エネルギー・環境・技術政策の修士号、南カリフォルニア大学にてイタリア語および国際関係学の学士号を取得。趣味はサーフィンやスノーボードなどのアウトドアスポーツ。グローバルな志を持つ若い女性や学生のメンターとしても活動し、パイロットライセンスを保有する。
Alisa Schackmann joined JXP as Chief Operating Officer in August 2026. A seasoned cross-cultural leader working between Tokyo and Washington, DC, she brings nearly two decades of experience across critical infrastructure sectors, including electric power, energy, aviation and defence. She honed that expertise as a US diplomat in Japan and later as Chief of Staff at Boeing Japan. In parallel, she has been active in industry decarbonisation, beginning at the Federation of Electric Power Companies of Japan in 2009 and most recently at Boeing. Alisa holds a Master's in International Energy, Environment & Technology Policy from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's in Italian and International Relations from the University of Southern California. Outside work, she enjoys outdoor sports from surfing to snowboarding, mentors globally minded young women and students, and is a licensed pilot.
